Become a Store Manager at The Shoe Co., fostering inclusivity and driving sales performance. Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment. As the Store Manager, you’ll report to the District Manager while coaching your team to meet store objectives, managing training and performance. Your role also includes maximizing business results through effective customer service and impeccable merchandise presentation. Ensure operational integrity by balancing policies and procedures, managing payroll, and maintaining communication with Senior Operational Managers. Key Responsibilities:
• Coach team to achieve store sales and objectives
• Maximize customer experiences and business results
• Role-model effective service and merchandise presentation
• Manage shrink, loss prevention, and scheduling
• Recruit and develop talent passionate about shoes Requirements:
• Post-secondary education relevant to the position
• 4+ years in a retail supervisory role
• Proven sales and profitability results in high-traffic environments
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel for operational tasks Drive store success and enrich The Shoe Co. brand as an impactful leader in retail.
