Agile Coach (Int.)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Agile Coaches motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to support teams in adopting Agile practices, facilitate workshops and rituals, coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners, observe ways of working and propose improvements, support team skill development, foster self-organization and continuous improvement, and help the organization strengthen its Agile culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support teams in adopting Agile practices.

Facilitate rituals, workshops and collaboration dynamics.

Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and delivery teams.

Observe ways of working and identify blockers.

Propose concrete improvements suited to the context.

Foster team self-organization and accountability.

Support continuous improvement and the Agile culture within the organization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.

Five (05) to ten (10) years of experience in information technology

Three (03) to seven (07) years of experience as a Agile Coach.

Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.

Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.

Hold one of the following certifications: Certified Agile Coach Niveau 1, ICP-ACC (Agile Coaching Certification), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (ASM), Coach Agile Professionnel AgilBee®, SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).

Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.

Language: French and English
