- Process Accounts Payable and Expense Transactions accurately
- Ensure claims have appropriate approvals and are mathematically correct
- Address inquiries from suppliers and employees promptly
- Manage files for supplier invoices and expense reports
- Assist in preparing tax returns and remittances
- Post-secondary education or 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Great Plains or similar accounting software
- Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
