Remote Accounts Payable Clerk Timmins

Elevate your accounting career with Lake Shore Gold as a remote Accounts Payable Clerk in Timmins, Ontario. This contract role focuses on invoice processing and supplier communications. Join the Timmins Operations team for a 6-month contract. You will be engaged in validating and vouchering payable invoices while ensuring adherence to company procedures. This position offers flexibility with a schedule of either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and vouch all payable invoices timely
- Communicate with employees and suppliers for information retrieval
- Provide un-posted invoices for month-end accruals
- Ensure accurate documentation following company procedures
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
- College diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of relevant accounts payable experience
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with accounts payable software
