Limited companionship for 94 yo lady living at home. Client can direct. Bowel clean up as needed. Meal prep, and clean up as needed. Some vacuuming, cleaning clients bathrooms as needed. Light housekeeping and tasks as directed by family or client. Give Medications as directed. Client is a lovely lady living with supportive family in her home. (Part-Time, Live-Out) For morning, day, evening (on weekend, nurse-attendant)
