Bilingual Change Management Manager Toronto

Scotiabank

Lead change management for Scotiabank’s international commercial technology transformation from Toronto, using English, Spanish, communications, and stakeholder engagement expertise.

As Manager, Change Management, you will support technology transformation initiatives across 12 international markets. The work spans organizational readiness, adoption, training, communications, and stakeholder engagement. You will help employees, leaders, and business partners adopt new solutions and ways of working while supporting regulated banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop change experience plans for technology implementations and capabilities
Conduct impact assessments across stakeholders, processes, technology, and countries
Coordinate training workstreams and communications across International Commercial Banking
Validate customer support models before and after launches
Measure adoption results and strengthen engagement outcomes through insights

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Spanish
Strategic communications and stakeholder engagement expertise
Experience with project logistics and operations
Strong analytical, planning, prioritization, and delivery management skills
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Mural, or similar tools
