Overview

Konstant Kreative is looking for a fast, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor & AI Creative Specialist who knows how to turn raw footage, existing brand content, and AI-generated assets into high-performing video ads.

This role goes beyond traditional video editing. You'll combine video editing, motion design, AI content generation, and creative storytelling to produce scroll-stopping advertisements that drive conversions and sales.

We're looking for someone who can work quickly, repurpose existing content into fresh ad concepts, and use AI tools to create realistic, authentic-looking visuals that seamlessly integrate with real brand footage.

Speed and quality are equally important.Our clients are performance marketers who need a consistent, high volume of fresh advertising creative. Standard video ads are expected to be completed within2–4 hours, depending on complexity.

Your work will support paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Performance Creative

• Edit engaging, conversion-focused short-form video ads for paid social platforms.
• Develop strong opening hooks, persuasive storytelling, effective pacing, and clear calls to action.
• Transform raw brand footage, UGC, testimonials, product videos, and creative briefs into compelling advertisements.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, captions, product callouts, and visual effects.
• Optimize creative for different platforms, aspect ratios, and advertising placements.

AI Asset Generation & Integration

• Use AI image and video generation tools to create new assets that support advertising concepts.
• Combine real brand assets with AI-generated visuals to produce cohesive, high-quality video ads.
• Ensure AI-generated content looks natural, realistic, and authentic to viewers, avoiding obvious AI artifacts or unnatural visuals.
• Use AI to extend limited brand assets, develop new scenes, create product visuals, and explore creative concepts.
• Stay current with emerging AI creative tools and incorporate them into efficient production workflows.

Creative Repurposing & High-Volume Production

• Repurpose existing video content into multiple fresh advertising creatives without requiring entirely new footage.
• Develop variations using different hooks, messaging, sequences, visuals, offers, and calls to action.
• Identify opportunities to turn a single piece of footage into multiple distinct advertising concepts.
• Produce standard video ads within a2–4 hour production window, while maintaining creative quality.
• Work efficiently across multiple client projects and deliver a consistent volume of advertising content.
• Rapidly iterate on existing creatives based on feedback and campaign performance.

Collaboration & Creative Improvement

• Collaborate with Creative Strategists and team members to bring advertising concepts to life.
• Interpret creative briefs and independently identify opportunities to improve the final ad.
• Incorporate performance feedback to improve engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend.
• Maintain brand consistency while continuously exploring new creative approaches.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in performance marketing or paid social advertising.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with AI image and video generation tools and integrating AI assets into finished video content.
• Ability to create realistic AI-generated visuals that blend naturally with real footage.
• Strong motion graphics, animated typography, compositing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience repurposing existing footage into multiple distinct advertising variations.
• Strong understanding of advertising hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention, and calls to action.
• Experience editing UGC-style advertisements, product videos, and direct-response creatives.
• Ability to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• A portfolio demonstrating short-form advertising, creative variations, and ideally AI-assisted video production.
