Job Summary
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and regulatory compliance. Maintain budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes to ensure accurate financial information.

Main Duties
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain general ledger integrity.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Collaborate with departments to provide financial guidance, cost analysis, and project evaluations.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or related accounting roles.
- Proficiency with accounting software and enterprise resource planning systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and pivot tables.
- Working knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and ability to meet deadlines.
