Cx Crm Strategy Consultant

Shape customer experiences through digital planning, CRM knowledge, research, and innovation at VML Canada’s hybrid CX team. This is a one-year contract.As a CX / CRM Strategist, you will help solve brand and business problems for Canadian and American clients. Reporting to the CSO, you will work with a CX Strategy Director across multiple brands. The work combines customer empathy, marketing fundamentals, user experience, and brand ecosystem knowledge. Your contributions will support connected experiences through insight, collaboration, presentations, documentation, and measurement.Key Responsibilities:
Review data and analyze competition across categories and customersRun surveys and interview stakeholders or audience membersTranslate insights into valuable opportunities and impactPresent findings and prepare reviews and documentationEvaluate previous launches to improve future outputRequirements:
Three to five years in strategic digital, UX, product, CX, service design, or CRM rolesKnowledge of personas and brand positioning fundamentalsUnderstanding of user experience and brand ecosystem componentsKnowledge of AI, CRM, CMS, or membership ecosystemsReadiness to discuss a client problem through a mock exerciseBring customer research, digital experience planning, CRM knowledge, and collaborative strategy to VML Canada’s client brands.
