Kyndryl Consult Partner leads complex consulting engagements, CXO relationships, and strategic change agendas across major accounts. The role spans business and IT transformations.This senior leadership position guides multidisciplinary teams through transaction and transformation environments. You will shape strategic initiatives, lead client engagement, and deliver high-quality consulting work with senior stakeholders. The position combines industry expertise, financial acumen, relationship management, and innovation.Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex consulting engagements across multidisciplinary teamsBuild trusted relationships with CXO-level client executivesShape strategic change agendas across customer ecosystemsDrive signings, revenue targets, margins, and backlog growthLead engagement design and delivery oversightRequirements:
10+ years of management consulting experienceExtensive CXO-level client engagement and relationship management experienceProven complex project leadership with multidisciplinary teamsFinancial acumen supporting revenue growth and margin managementDeep industry trends and technology understandingBring consulting leadership, strategic insight, CXO relationships, and financial expertise to Kyndryl Consult’s largest accounts.
