Kitchen Support Staff

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking friendly and attentive Kitchen staff to join our team at Golf Fanatics. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience cooking or in a kitchen. As kitchen staff, you will be responsible for meals cooked properly, report when we are low on any stock, keep the kitchen area clean and organized, restock portions and understand the importance of kitchen safety. Our kitchen operates a cook from frozen ovens. Then to prepare and serve the food.

We are only looking for part time staff for evenings and weekends. This is a seasonal position with option to work through the winter depending on availability.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Cleaning ovens daily
• Restocking daily
• Cooking for daily service and events
• Clean dishes
• Keep and clean and organized kitchen
• Let servers know if their are going to be longer wait times for food
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a cooperative team environment through positive communication

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 year cooking experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, energetic outlook for food and beverage.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
