As the Director of Client Risk Management, you will navigate complex AML/ATF regulations and maintain safeguards across International Banking. Your strategic direction will shape 1st line defenses while fostering a strong customer-focused culture within your team. This position demands exceptional leadership to oversee compliance initiatives and enhance product offerings across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee AML/ATF programs across International Banking
- Develop and implement local AML procedures and controls
- Facilitate training plans and risk management standards
- Monitor and report on AML program effectiveness
- Collaborate with local stakeholders on AML initiatives
- Minimum 10-15 years in financial services
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of AML/ATF regulations
- Leadership experience in financial institutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
