Lead the Performance Analytics team at Scotiabank, focusing on actionable insights and performance metrics in a hybrid work environment. Utilize your expertise to transform data into strategic recommendations for Canadian Banking. As the Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights, you will guide the Performance Intelligence function within the Strategic Investment & Performance Management division. This senior role demands a strong command of predictive analytics, data visualization, and performance measurement techniques to drive executive decisions and optimize business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Convert operational data into predictive insights and recommendations
- Design enterprise performance measurement frameworks and KPIs
- Monitor portfolio performance and evaluate initiative effectiveness
- Develop executive dashboards for strategic leadership forums
- Act as a trusted advisor with evidence-based insights
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- 6-8 years in Investment Banking or Data Management
- Strong skills in SQL, SAS, and Python programming
- Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and visualization
- High attention to detail with excellent communication skills
