Director of Fraud Risk & Controls

Canada Life in Toronto is seeking a Director, Fraud Management to lead first-line fraud risk standards, governance and accountability across the business, ensuring robust prevention, detection and response to fraud events.
You will work with fraud operations, product, digital, data and compliance to balance customer experience with regulatory expectations, while driving learning from incidents and strengthening controls.
