Director of Advisor Marketing at Sun Life

Reporting to the Assistant Vice-President, you’ll shape integrated strategies to enhance advisor relationships and drive sales growth. Your leadership will influence senior stakeholders, guide multifunctional projects, and connect marketing efforts to measurable success. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish an integrated advisor marketing strategy across channels
- Collaborate with senior leaders on resource allocation and priorities
- Develop marketing plans that enhance advisor capability and engagement
- Oversee educational programs and advisor enablement events
- Measure marketing impact on sales performance and client satisfaction
- 10+ years in financial services marketing or channel strategy
- 5+ years leading teams in marketing or enablement
- Experience in integrated marketing within financial services
- Proficient in performance measurement and campaign strategy
- Bilingual in English and French for specific locations
