Lead transformative people strategies as the Director of People Experience at Gore Mutual. This hybrid role fosters leadership in a progressive environment, partnering with executives to enhance organizational effectiveness. Gore Mutual is seeking a Director, People Experience Partnership to lead a high-performing team of People Experience Partners. This position is essential for aligning people strategies with business priorities and driving organizational goals. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, balancing enterprise thinking with hands-on solutions to complex people matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the PXP team for strategic alignment
- Serve as a primary advisor on people strategies
- Influence organizational decisions with talent insights
- Monitor employee relations trends for proactive solutions
- Champion a positive employee experience through change initiatives
- 7+ years of HR experience, 5 as an HR Business Partner
- 3-5 years leading high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders
- Undergraduate degree in HR, Business, or related field
