Senior Marketing Data Operations Manager

Build reliable marketing data systems with strong SQL and APIs in this hands-on Senior Marketing Operations Manager role. Use AI to improve how work gets done.
You will help marketers access usable data quickly while partnering with Growth, Lifecycle, Analytics, Data Engineering, Product, and RevOps. This technical role focuses on integrations, self-serve audiences, conversion signals, identity resolution, and marketing technology operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map marketer data needs, locations, gaps, and delivery paths
- Build self-serve segments and audiences with Lifecycle and Engineering
- Maintain flows across Iterable, Amplitude, Salesforce, Meta CAPI, and Google Ads
- Monitor attribution data, conversion signals, identity resolution, and deduplication
- Own governance, documentation, intake processes, tags, and marketing stack requests
Requirements:
- Five to eight years in marketing operations or marketing data
- Strong SQL and comfort with APIs, webhooks, and event schemas
- Working knowledge of pixels, tags, UTMs, and conversion APIs
- Experience with lifecycle, event, CDP, and warehouse tools
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical colleagues
