Insurance Administrator
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to insurance brokers and clients
- Process insurance applications, policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Prepare Certificates of Insurance and other policy documentation
- Communicate with insurance companies, underwriters, and clients
- Maintain accurate client and policy records
- Follow up on outstanding documents, information, and payments
- Assist brokers with day-to-day servicing and administrative tasks
- Ensure files and documentation are organized and up to date
Qualifications:
- Previous insurance or brokerage experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a Broker Management System (BMS) is an asset
