Nous recherchons un Designer UX pour rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Québec ou de Montréal dans le cadre d'un poste permanent.
Ce poste est en mode hybride.
Agissant à titre de conseiller / consultant de Chrome Technologies, le candidat interviendra auprès de nos clients dans la réalisation des projets qu'ils nous ont confiés.
Tâches
- Contribuer à l'évolution du site web en concevant des expériences utilisateur11 simples, efficaces et alignés sur les besoins d'affaires.
- Participer activement à une escouade multidisciplinaire (PO, designers, intégrateurs, développeurs) en mode agile.
- Réaliser des activités de recherche utilisateur, réflexion UX et conception de parcours (flows, wireframes, prototypes).
- Collaborer à la définition des besoins avec les parties prenantes et soutenir la priorisation des initiatives.
- Assurer la cohérence, la performance et l'amélioration continue de l'expérience utilisateur.
Exigences
- Maîtrise des approches design centré utilisateur (recherche, personas, parcours, wireframes, prototypes) Capacité à analyser des besoins complexes et les traduire en expériences simples et efficaces Expérience en tests utilisateurs et interprétation de données pour orienter les décisions
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux numériques transactionnels et informationnels
- Collaboration exemplaire
- Sensibilité aux enjeux de performance, accessibilité et conversion
- Expérience dans un site Web idéalement sites à fort volume)
- Expérience en environnement agile
- Maîtrise d'outils de conception (ex : Figma, Miro, etc.)
- Capacité à influencer et accompagner les parties prenantes
- Forte capacité de synthèse et communication
- Rigueur et qualité
