Senior UX/UI & Accessibility Test Analyst
Location: Montreal, QC
Work Model: 100% Onsite

Role Description
• Provide expertise in system analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Work with IT teams and Business Subject Matter Experts to implement systems aligned with business requirements and IT standards.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Transform business requirements and conceptual designs into detailed functional specifications.
• Evaluate feasibility and provide estimates for assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate solution development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Provide operational support during business hours by investigating and resolving production issues.
Deliverables
• Functional specifications.
• Integration specifications and interface designs.
• Functional and integration testing scenarios and test cases.
• Data conversion specifications.
Required Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is an asset.
• Knowledge of Ellucian Banner ERP and its APIs is an asset.
• Experience with Zephyr Scale (JIRA) and ServiceNow is an asset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Strong client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, planning, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
