Lead Staff Engineer In Aviation Repairs (Mississauga)

Support our Regional Service Center as a Lead Staff Engineer focusing on aircraft engine repairs and inspection processes. Your role is vital in ensuring effective engine operation and addressing technical issues. This position requires a proven engineer with over five years of experience in an MRO or aerospace context.
You will be responsible for creating engine maintenance scopes, leading investigations, and effectively communicating resolutions. Your insights will drive continuous improvement within our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance trends in engine hardware
- Define maintenance scopes for repairs
- Address technical service challenges effectively
- Lead investigations and corrective action plans
- Document technical findings and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5+ years' experience in MRO or similar
- English fluency, both written and spoken
- Background in aviation or aftermarket repairs
- Expertise in continuous improvement methods
