Job Responsibility:
Avalon Ford Service Department has an immediate opening for the position of Service Department Administrator This position will involve providing assistance with all aspects within the service department. Backup for front counter and internal service advisors, warranty administrator, and appointment coordinator will be the main duties as well as some general office administration type work.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and efficient in work practices with some automotive service experience. Avalon Ford is a high-volume dealership; excellent organization and time management skills would be a requirement for this position. Previous Service Advisor and/or warranty experience would be preferred. Other experience in the automotive field and CDK dealership software would be a definite asset.
Avalon Ford has been in business for over 25 years, with dedication to excellent customer service and quality workmanship. We are a busy service shop and are looking to add to our team.
