Key Responsibilities & Impact
In this senior-level role, your expertise will be the final polish that brings digital worlds to life.
- High-End Lighting Design: Create and implement lighting for complex scenes, ensuring seamless integration of VFX and live-action.
- Look Development: Lead the visual development of assets, environments, and FX elements to set the tone for the production.
- Sequence Key-Lighting: Establish lighting templates and “master shots” for sequence propagation.
- Technical Self-Sufficiency: Troubleshoot complex renders independently and manage pre-compositing in Nuke.
- Strategic Communication: Identify delivery risks early and collaborate with supervisors to maintain strict production quotas.
- Team Dynamics: Sustain a positive, high-performing team environment. As a Senior, you are a mentor and a pillar of support for intermediate and junior lighters.
Requirements for Success
