- Develop effective bid strategies for successful project outcomes
- Prepare full-cost estimates from concept to tender
- Lead workshops for transparent cost alignment
- Conduct detailed material and labor take-offs
- Track estimated vs. actual costs for continuous improvement
- 15+ years in commercial construction estimating
- 5+ years with a general contractor
- Strong proficiency in Excel and estimating software
- Post-secondary degree in construction or engineering
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
