Each day, you’ll keep things moving by delivering accurate pricing, documentation, and purchase orders with exceptional attention to detail. You’ll collaborate seamlessly with Construction, Sales, Design, and Interior Selections to ensure information flows efficiently and decisions stay on track. Taking ownership of your workload, you’ll stay organized—proactively solving problems and driving cost‑effective, high‑quality results.

What your day may look like…

• Issue purchase orders and requests for quotes at the correct stage of construction.
• Maintain cost control by checking pricing, staying within budgets, and reviewing invoices.
• Review and reconcile interior selections and related quotes to keep timelines on track.
• Negotiate pricing for models, options, and custom work with trades and suppliers.
• Manage tender requests and evaluate submissions for quality.
• Organize and schedule estimating tasks based on department priorities.
• Work closely with Sales, Construction, Interior Selections, and Design teams to support smooth workflows.
• Review custom project quotes with strong attention to detail and construction knowledge.
• Prepare purchase order summaries to assess individual job profitability.
• Support ongoing improvements to estimating processes and software tools.

What you’ll bring…

• 5+ years of directly related estimating experience within the residential homebuilding industry.
• Diploma or degree in Building Development Technologies (BDT), Architectural Technologies, Construction Management, or a related field.
• In‑depth and comprehensive knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Advanced proficiency with software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe, BuildTopia, or similar construction/estimating systems is considered a strong asset.
• Proven ability to analyze complex drawings, develop detailed estimates, and lead cost‑control processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
