The Senior D365 Business Central ERP Developer and Architecte will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, designing and architecturing our D365 Business Central ERP system. This is a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with inventory, finance, and supply chain modules and some experience in D365 Business Central's security. This role requires proficiency in both English and French. The position requires onsite presence 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, analyze, customize, design, architect and admin D365 Business Central ERP solutions to meet business needs.

- Ensure optimal functionality of inventory, finance, and supply chain modules.

- Implement and manage security features within D365 Business Central.

- Work with both open and closed codes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate D365 Business Central with other systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 Business Central ERP.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.

- Assist in the planning and execution of ERP upgrades and enhancements.

- Document technical specifications and processes.

- Be present onsite at our office 2 days per week.

- Experience with D365 Business Central ERP 24.1

- 1/3 of the work in development and analysis, 1/3 in architecture and design, and 1/3 in administration of D365 Business Central.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a D365 Business Central ERP Developer and Architect.

- Extensive experience with inventory, finance, and supply chain modules in D365 Business Central.

- Some experience with D365 Business Central's security features.

- Proficiency with open and closed codes in D365 Business Central ERP 24.1.

- Bilingual in English and French.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Assets:

- Experience with D365 CRM.

- Relevant certifications in D365 Business Central or related areas.

- Experience with D365 BC's modules: sales and service management, project management and manufacturing and distribution.
