Enterprise Transformation Architect – ERP & Business Modernization

What the Role Is

Client is executing a significant ERP and business transformation across Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Corporate functions.

We are seeking a senior architect who can bridge business objectives, operational requirements, and technology decisions into a cohesive enterprise vision.

This is a hands-on, outcome-oriented role that combines elements of enterprise architecture, business architecture, solution strategy, and transformation leadership.

What You Will Own

• Create a clear picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support Finance and Manufacturing transformation.

• Translate ERP design decisions into business impacts.

• Help business leaders understand why certain decisions matter, what capabilities are being enabled, what organizational impacts should be expected, and where opportunities for standardization exist.

• Work closely with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, Business SMEs, Solution Architects, Integration Architects, and Change Management teams to ensure transformation decisions are aligned and support the broader enterprise vision.

• Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior leadership.

• Translate complex technical discussions into messages suitable for CIO, Executive Management Committee, CEO briefings, and Steering Committees.

• Develop practical views of business capabilities, business processes, operating models, application landscape, data flows, and system interactions.

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English

• 12–15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Business Transformation.

• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.

• Experience working in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.

• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.

• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.
