In this strategic role, you will lead multi-unit operations, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management. Your mission involves crafting detailed operational plans for peak activity, analyzing financials, and establishing strong connections with campus stakeholders. Work diligently to enhance course materials management and visual merchandising, ensuring each store remains a vibrant hub of activity. Key Responsibilities:

Lead talent management and team development across locations
Create operational plans for busy periods and events
Cultivate relations with campus faculty and administrators
Oversee course materials and inventory management
Drive customer service and visual merchandising excellence

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant retail experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Proven success in multi-site location management
Advanced relationship-building and communication abilities
