Position: Bilingual (English & French) API Support Analyst
Experience Required: 5+ years
Preferred Overall Experience: 8–10 years
Role Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (English & French) API Support Analyst with experience in L2/L3 production support and external vendor API integrations . The candidate will be responsible for supporting API-based applications, troubleshooting integration issues, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.
