General Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a General Sales Manager in our Moose Jaw location. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and drive the future of Discover Moose Jaw, 800CHAB, Country100, and Mix103.9.

What you'll do:

-Execute the centres business strategy, balancing sales objectives with content quality.
-Oversee the sales team, set revenue targets, and develop creative advertising solutions.
-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance with broadcasting regulations.
-Monitor key performance indicators and report results to senior management.

The Ideal Candidate

-You have a proven track record in leadership, preferably in a related industry.
-Experience in business-to-business sales is preferred
-You have strong communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
-You can manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
-You have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Nice to have: Previous broadcast sales experience
