Seed Sales Coordinator

The Seed Sales Coordinator manages the administrative work behind our pedigreed seed sales, including invoicing, documentation, inventory records, retained samples and seed load-outs. The role supports CSGA compliance and seed traceability while working closely with our Sales, Quality and Logistics teams. The successful candidate will also communicate with customers and, with experience, assist with seed sales.
Key responsibilities: * Oversee seed lot creation, documentation, record retention, traceability and retained samples in accordance with CSGA requirements.* Maintain accurate sales, seed, shipping and inventory records, including invoices, database entries, truck weights, order calculations and seed folders.
* Coordinate seed load-outs with Logistics and third parties, and resolve shipping or documentation issues.
* Manage producer samples from intake and storage through lab testing, shipping and results tracking.
* Resolve customer and sales support issues and help improve pedigreed seed administrative procedures.
* Maintain customer relationships, follow up on inquiries and orders, and support trade shows and producer events.
