Network Infrastructure Support Specialist

- Manage tickets to ensure timely issue resolution
- Conduct regular network maintenance and updates
- Minimum 1 year of military experience or direct support
- At least 3 years in network administration or IT management
- Diploma or certificate in a related technical field
- Solid knowledge of networking architecture and protocols
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
