Mississauga Accounts Receivable Specialist

- Prepare invoices and manage client billing efficiently
- Apply and document payments accurately
- Reconcile accounts details regularly
- Answer billing inquiries from customers promptly
- Support in generating accounts receivable reports
- At least 1 year of full cycle AR experience
- Experience with ERP systems like MS Dynamics or SAP is a plus
- Strong numerical accuracy and detail orientation
- A proactive approach and positive team spirit
- Good problem-solving abilities and skills
