Questrade Accounts Payable Specialist Position

• Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices
• Matching of invoices to purchase orders and relevant documents
• Coding invoices accurately into the general ledger
• Resolving invoice discrepancies and communicating with vendors
• Preparing payments through multiple methods incl. ACH and wire transfers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience required
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
