• Present treatment options through meetings
• Offer accurate surgery and pricing information
• Respond to and resolve patient inquiries promptly
• Build strong rapport through personalized consultations
• Utilize EMR and tracking systems for patient management

Requirements:

• Passion for customer engagement in the medical field
• Background in customer service or related areas
• Experience as an account manager or in sales preferred
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Must travel for training in the GTA area
