Media Accounts Payable Analyst (6-Month Contract) Role:

The team is looking for a Media Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team, Shared Financial Services. Daily opening of email from the general online email inbox
Maintain a good online filing system
Check weekly payment reports to ensure that vendor address and invoice numbers/amounts are accurate
Maintain and follow internal control policies
Pull backups for client audits
Contact vendors for banking information for EFT/ACH/wire payment methods
Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI,
Experience with Mediaocean systems an asset
