Billing Coordinator at Waste Solutions

Join Waste Solutions Canada as a Billing Coordinator, ensuring accuracy in invoice auditing and client billing. This remote role requires strong Excel skills and exceptional communication abilities. As a Billing Coordinator, you will audit vendor invoices and create client bills based on service contracts. The position works closely with the Financial Controller and Billing Manager while addressing client inquiries. Your ability to adapt is crucial as you handle various finance duties and ad hoc projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Audit vendor invoices in line with service contracts
- Generate accurate client invoices at contracted rates
- Respond to client billing-related questions promptly
- Collaborate effectively with team members across departments
- Undertake various finance tasks and project work as needed
- Accounting-related degree or diploma preferred
- 1+ year experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office software
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero preferred)
