Service Transition Analyst for Cloud Migration

Apex Systems

Support a major Canadian bank in transitioning its contact center to a cloud platform as a Service Transition Analyst. This hybrid role emphasizes operational documentation and collaboration. In this 6-month contract based in Toronto, you will partner with the Lead to draft vital service transition artifacts and operational documents. Your expertise in service management and data gathering will be essential for maintaining operational readiness. Engage in workshops, capture decisions in real time, and ensure process consistency for a successful cloud migration. Key Responsibilities:

Draft service transition artifacts per the Lead's specifications
Produce operational documentation with the existing operations team
Maintain an artifact register including status and approvals
Prepare materials for workshop sessions and capture key decisions
Conduct interviews to gather current operational data

Requirements:

7+ years as a business or service management analyst
Experience with enterprise platform go-lives
Contact center operations knowledge and ITIL familiarity
Hands-on ServiceNow experience for service management
Proficient in Excel for data tracking and analysis
