Cloud Adoption Manager

Salary: T he base salary range for this position is typically $75k to $80k CAD with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.

About the role

As a Cloud Adoption Manager, you will drive consumption growth and long-term value within our highest-priority client accounts. We will count on you to work closely with a curated portfolio of strategic clients to deepen their adoption of Microsoft cloud services, ensuring they get the most value from their investment while identifying opportunities for continued growth. Along the way, you will get to:

• Manage an ongoing relationship with a portfolio of priority accounts, focused on cloud adoption and consumption growth  
• Conduct regular consumption health checks and business reviews with clients  
• Identify and act on opportunities to deepen workload adoption and expand cloud usage within existing accounts  
• Partner with Account Executives and internal teams to align adoption strategy with broader account plans

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or consumption-focused cloud roles  

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders  

• Business-level knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Cloud Solution Provider programs) 

• A proactive, consultative approach focused on long-term client value
