Senior Project Manager Powerline Construction

Join Ledcor as a Senior Project Manager focused on powerline construction across Ontario. You will ensure projects are on schedule and within budget while emphasizing safety and quality. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in construction project management and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for estimating, planning, and coordinating resources, as well as leading subcontractor negotiations. Strong communication skills will facilitate successful project meetings and collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the safety program and apply PSSP requirements
- Oversee procurement and supplier negotiations
- Lead the financial tracking and billing process
- Develop construction schedules with the project team
- Coach and motivate the construction team towards project success
- 10-15 years of project management experience
- 3+ years experience in powerline construction estimation
- Strong negotiation and management skills
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple project demands
