Senior Engineering Manager - Remote

Tree House Foods seeks a strategic Senior Manager, Engineering, who excels in capital planning and project execution. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working from home while leading a top-notch engineering team. As a Senior Engineering Manager at Tree House Foods, you will guide multiple manufacturing facilities in developing a comprehensive 5-year capital plan. Your leadership will empower a high-performing engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of key projects aligned with our business strategy. Strengthening technical capabilities is essential for achieving long-term operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of a 5-year capital plan for facilities
- Manage capital projects using Initiative Management processes
- Track project KPIs: safety, budget, and timelines
- Collaborate with capital sourcing manager on procurement strategies
- Mentor and coach engineering team members
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Strong experience in aseptic environments preferred
- Multi-site capital planning experience required
- Proficient in CADD and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities
