Hiring Experienced Bartender

The Stable Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team at Fiore Mercato. We are a neighborhood-focused group committed to warm hospitality, quality food and beverage, and a strong team culture.

About the Role We are seeking a Bartender who excels in a fast-paced environment and brings both technical skill and genuine warmth to the bar. You will craft exceptional cocktails, curate guest wine experiences, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests dining at the bar or enjoying a drink before dinner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic/signature cocktails, wine, beer, and beverages to guest and floor standards

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail craft, and food pairings

• Deliver attentive, elevated direct service to bar guests with an emphasis on hospitality and active selling

• Maintain speed, cleanliness, and organization behind the bar during peak high-volume service

• Manage bar inventory, daily prep (juices, garnishes, syrups), and restocking

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and liquor service regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced, quality-focused restaurant or cocktail bar

• Strong foundational knowledge of wine, classic cocktails, spirits, and food pairings

• Excellent multitasking, speed, and composure under pressure

• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and building connections with regulars

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

WSET Level II certification (or higher) is a major asset.
