Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas with precision
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and appreciated.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle cash and transactions accurately, including point of sales system
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation is a plus.
