The Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, team performance, and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering a consistent guest experience while supporting and developing a strong team.

What You’ll Do

• Support and maintain a high standard of guest experience across all shifts
• Coach and develop Barista / Front of House staff and Shift Supervisors
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
• Monitor service flow, labour coverage, and step in during peak periods
• Ensure accuracy, speed of service, and smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
• Ensure food safety and health standards are consistently followed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, café, or retail (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
• High standard for customer service and attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including weekends
