TWK RESTAURANT INC.
- Food Preparation:
- Prepare and assemble food items according to restaurant standards
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients
- Cashier Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
- Operate the cash register or POS system efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts
- Wrapping and Packaging:
- Wrap and package food items neatly and correctly for dine-in, takeout, or delivery
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and presented
- Customer Service:
- Provide friendly and courteous service at all times
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints when needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Hygiene and Cleanliness:
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and front counter
- Wear proper uniform and practice good personal hygiene
