Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, suppliers, and customers, you will help ensure customer orders move seamlessly from purchase order through delivery and payment.

What you will do each day:

• Manage customer orders from purchase order through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate shipments, logistics documentation, and delivery updates with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support purchasing activities and supplier coordination related to customer orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, documentation, and invoicing.
• Prepare invoices, monitor payment status, and coordinate with finance partners.
• Maintain accurate information within ERP and other business systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
