Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm (20 hours a week).  This role supports the day-to-day administrative and cash handling functions of our UTM Dining Services operations, ensuring smooth and accurate office processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) 

• College diploma in Office Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset 

• Previous experience in cash handling or office administration preferred; experience handling cash and balancing cash receipts is highly valued 

• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), particularly Excel 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills 

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
