Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
I am looking for an administrative assistant to join my team the successful candidate will be providing assistance and support directly to Natasha Niles through a variety of marketing coordination, a variety of projects, and general maintenance of their websites and programs. We are looking for someone who is confident, can multi task, and can work in a relatively fast pace. Must be able to meet deadlines, handle multitasks with interpretations and affectively adapt to changing priorities, While keeping each agent organized.
The candidate must process high attention to details, accuracy, initiative, and follow through with proven organization skills. Â Must have excellent interpersonal skills,, verbal skills, strong written skills, analytical skills social media skills, website skills, and planning skills.
Job Responsibilities
- The administrator of real estate transactions and management of paperwork, to include data entry and filing
- Creating and maintaining office filling system
- Prepare CMA's, Prelist, buyers packages.
- Coordinating marketing strategy
- Management of online marketing, including website and social media
- Development of written processes for the office systems
- Data input, database management and maintenance
- Maintaining client profiles-active and inactive
- Book keeping
- Weekly, monthly and annual financials reports,
- Client-care and follow up activities
- Out of office pick-ups meetings and deliveries
- Scheduling and maintenance of agents calendars
- Â answering incoming calls
- Research Cities, schools, amenities
- Other duties as required from time to time
- Administrative responsibilities to be primarily completed during weekday, business hours and occasional weekends as mutually agreed
- Picking up supplies, and Marketing Materials
- pick up drop off lock box and for sale signs
- drop off deposit cheques
