Become a Renewal Operations Representative at Fortinet, engaging with stakeholders across Canada to drive successful license renewals and product upsells. Proficiency in Salesforce is essential for tracking renewals and effectively managing workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and distributors with renewal processes
- Up-sell additional products during renewals
- Coordinate with various teams to enhance renewals
- Manage incoming renewal communications promptly
- Maintain Salesforce records and customer satisfaction ratings
- Minimum 1 year in sales or renewal roles
- Technical degree preferred in relevant fields
- Strong skills in Salesforce and Excel
- Understanding of Cyber Security concepts
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet targets
