Plumbing Renovations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, voicemails and emails and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Print and distribute email job requests.
• Maintain accurate customer orders and update service details in internal systems.
• Manage DocuSign documents and communicate to team when completed.
• Collect deposits from clients.
• Coordinate showroom appointments with clients and internal staff.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments efficiently while optimizing technician routes and availability.
• Support walk-in customers with product and parts-related questions.
• Assist with payroll process by reconciling hours.
• Enter pertinent information regarding orders into computer system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inspections.
• Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a service coordination, or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Plumbing experience is highly regarded but not required.
